Right of Return and Return Instructions

14-Day Exchange and Return Policy

Consumers have a 14-day right to exchange or return unused products that are in resalable condition. The return period begins on the day the customer receives the product.

The returned product must be:

• unused

• in resalable condition

• in its original packaging

• returned with all parts and accessories included

If the returned product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to deduct the decrease in value from the refund amount.

Return Costs

Shipping and return costs for customer returns will be deducted from the refunded amount, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refund

Returned products will be inspected after they are received. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after the return has been received and processed.
