The Reximex Lyra Compact is a 6.35 mm (.25 calibre) PCP air rifle combining a compact layout, multi-shot operation and side-lever cocking. With an overall length of 880 mm and a weight of approximately 2.8 kg, it remains easy to handle when a shorter PCP rifle is preferred.
The side lever is positioned on the right side of the action and provides smooth reloading. Operating the lever cocks the mechanism, indexes the rotary magazine and chambers the next pellet. The 6.35 mm version uses a 10-shot magazine, and two magazines are included.
A single-shot tray is also supplied. It allows a pellet to be loaded directly without using the rotary magazine, providing a useful option when testing different pellets or concentrating on deliberate precision shooting.
The 380 mm precision-rifled barrel helps keep the rifle compact. A barrel shroud completes the assembly, while the external 1/2" UNF thread accepts compatible muzzle accessories.
Lyra Compact has a maximum muzzle velocity of 244 m/s and muzzle energy of approximately 49.1 joules. Actual performance varies according to pellet weight, pellet design and environmental conditions.
Full 250 cc cylinder will give approximately 60 shots at optimal velocity. An integrated pressure gauge allows the remaining air pressure to be monitored.
The stock is shaped for ambidextrous use, allowing a comfortable shooting position for both right- and left-handed shooters. A contoured cheekpiece supports a consistent head position when using an optic, while the rubber butt pad provides secure shoulder contact.
A 22 mm Picatinny rail is provided for mounting a compatible riflescope or other optical sight. There are no open sights, so the rifle is intended to be used with a separately purchased optic.
The trigger mechanism offers four-way adjustment, allowing the trigger characteristics to be tailored to the shooter. A manual safety is positioned around the trigger area for convenient access.
The Reximex Lyra Compact combines an 880 mm overall length, 10-shot magazine and 250 cc air cylinder into a practical PCP platform for target and precision shooting.
