Marui Boys M4A1 9.0V AEG

The Marui Boys M4A1 9.0V is a reduced-size airsoft electric gun designed to be lightweight and easy to handle. Built at approximately 70% scale, it retains the familiar AR-style appearance of the M4A1 while keeping the weight down to just 885 grams.

The gun runs on six standard AA alkaline batteries, eliminating the need for a separate airsoft battery and charger. The batteries are housed inside the front handguard. Both semi-automatic and full-automatic firing modes are available, with the full-auto mode delivering approximately 15 rounds per second.

An adjustable hop-up system helps stabilise the BB's flight and allows the hop setting to be matched to the ammunition. Tokyo Marui recommends lightweight 0.12 g 6 mm airsoft BBs for this model. With a muzzle velocity of approximately 45 m/s, the Boys M4A1 operates at considerably lower power than a typical full-size AEG.

The body is primarily constructed from ABS plastic, with details that retain the recognisable appearance of the M4 platform. A four-position retractable stock allows the overall length to be adjusted to suit the user, while the adjustable rear sight provides straightforward sight alignment.

A push-button safety is positioned at the front of the grip. The gun can only fire while this button is pressed, providing an additional safeguard against accidental firing during handling.
