The Umarex Ruger SR1911 Competition is a CO2-powered 6 mm airsoft pistol that combines the familiar 1911 platform with several competition-inspired features. This officially licensed Ruger model stands out with its two-tone finish, metal construction and strong blowback action that cycles the slide with every shot.

The pistol features a straight competition-style trigger and a skeletonized Commander-style hammer. Its single-action trigger mechanism provides a short and defined trigger pull. Piranha-textured grip panels provide a secure hold, while the flared magazine well helps guide the magazine into position during faster reloads.

The sighting system is designed for a clear and quickly acquired sight picture. A bright fiber-optic front sight is paired with a fully adjustable rear sight. The adjustable hop-up allows the flight path of the 6 mm BB to be fine-tuned for different BB weights and shooting conditions.

Power is supplied by a single 12 g CO2 cartridge, and the magazine holds 24 BBs. The blowback system adds noticeable mechanical movement to each shot, and the slide locks open after the final BB has been fired. A traditional thumb safety and beavertail grip safety provide the familiar operating layout associated with the 1911 platform.

The SR1911 Competition is well suited to players looking for a full-size 1911-style sidearm with metal construction, CO2 power and competition-oriented controls. Adjustable sights, a flared magazine well and adjustable hop-up complement the classic design without compromising its recognizable 1911 handling.
