The Umarex PAC 400 PerformanceAir is a battery-powered compressor for filling PCP airgun air tanks. Its 18 V / 5.2 Ah Li-ion battery allows operation without a mains connection, making the compressor suitable for mobile use. Maximum filling pressure is 300 bar.
The compressor has a nominal inflation rate of 4 l/min. Umarex specifies a reference filling time of 11 minutes 30 seconds for a 0.2-litre tank at 190 bar. Maximum continuous operating time is 50 minutes, and the tank being filled must not exceed one litre in volume.
The display shows temperature, selected target pressure, actual pressure and operating time. Target pressure can be adjusted in 1-bar increments, and the compressor stops filling automatically when the selected pressure is reached. The protection circuit also interrupts filling if the compressor temperature exceeds 85 °C.
The PAC 400 operates without additional oil or water cooling. The filling hose uses a fixed Foster connection, and G 1/8", M10 and M10x1 adapters are supplied. A replaceable filter element simplifies routine maintenance.
An 18 V battery and charger are included, so no separate external power source is required for operation.
