The Umarex Glock 19 Gen5 is a compact 6 mm CO₂ airsoft pistol based on the proportions and recognizable styling of the well-known Glock 19 Gen5. Its compact dimensions make it suitable for recreational target shooting and as a convenient backup pistol on the airsoft field.

A fixed metal slide gives the pistol a solid feel and completes its authentic appearance. As the slide does not cycle during firing, the available CO₂ can be used efficiently to propel the BB. This supports consistent performance and economical use of a single 12 g CO₂ capsule.

The Glock 19 Gen5 fires 6 mm airsoft BBs and uses an 11-round stick magazine. The compact magazine design helps keep the pistol lightweight and makes spare magazines easy to carry.

Its Double Action Only trigger cocks and releases the mechanism during the trigger pull, providing consistent operation from shot to shot. An automatic trigger safety supports responsible handling.

The pistol features a non-adjustable Shoot-Up, or hop-up, system. It applies backspin to the BB and helps stabilize the trajectory without requiring manual adjustment. The manufacturer recommends using BBs weighing from 0.20 g to 0.30 g.

CO₂ capsule installation is made more convenient by a piercing hex key integrated into the backstrap. The required tool therefore remains with the pistol and is readily available whenever the capsule needs to be replaced.

The manufacturer states a muzzle energy below two joules. Actual performance may vary depending on BB weight, ambient temperature and CO₂ pressure.
